Then, right as we were prepping a tour to support his spring and summer EPs, COVID hit—and every traditional promotional path disappeared overnight.

We started by defining Leo’s brand from the inside out—his values, tone, aesthetic, and sound—creating a brand guide that every future collaborator could align with.

Then we built a system of content creation, strategy, and publishing:

  • Personality-driven pieces that pulled back the curtain

This content did the work a tour couldn’t: it built trust, expanded his reach, and created a direct connection with fans. We paired it with social strategy, targeted ads, earned media, and web presence—all designed to grow audience, increase streams, and attract label attention.
